Dear Sailors, Coaches and Supporters,
With the RS Tera & Cadet World Championships approaching, we would like to share some important updates to help you prepare for your arrival and the event itself.
Arrival Information
If you are planning an early arrival, and haven’t informed us yet, please do so as soon as possible.
For arrival:
• Use Gate A (it will be marked with signs as well)
• If it is closed (e.g., late-night arrival), continue straight and enter through the marina gate.
• Please follow the instructions from the event staff in white T-shirts – they will guide you on where to unload boats, park trailers, and locate your assigned boat park area.
Documents & Equipment Inspection
All official documents have been published on the Official Notice Board:
Especially for Cadet class sailors, it is crucial to carefully read the Event Equipment Regulations (EER) and be ready for equipment inspection. The inspection schedule is part of the EER.
To assist the Measurement Team (who will be inspecting over 100 boats!), we kindly ask you to:
• Pre-fill your Equipment Inspection Form
• Direct any questions to Katrina Ham, Chair of the Technical Committee: katrinaham@gmail.com
If you need to make any changes to the entries (e.g. sail numbers, crew and helm swaps), please let us know by sending an email to fos@sailing.cz. We will handle these before on-site registration if possible.
Food & Catering
On-site catering will be available starting from 2 August at 11:00 until the end of the event.
• Sailors have dinner after racing included in their entry fee.
• Coaches and parents may purchase meal vouchers:
o Breakfast: 250 CZK (adult), 200 CZK (child U12)
o Dinner with competitors: 250 CZK (adult), 200 CZK (child U12)

Vouchers will be available for pickup at the Race Office.
Event Merchandise
Event posters, T-shirts, and hoodies will be available at the event shop next to the Race Office.
Payment: Cash only, CZK (Czech crowns).
Fuel Station
Please note that there is no fuel station on the lake (we are located in a protected National Park). The closest fuel stations are:
